Cedric was a bit late for his appointment, but he was able to start immediately and complete the job quickly. But most importantly, he saved us a lot of money. He only charged us $200 for a job that I had feared would have cost us upwards of $2000.
After an accident had left the interior door to our garage unusable, I was eager to get it fixed. We had left messages with a few other contractors from Angieslist but everyone was busy for the next few weeks.
We were just about ready to give up when our real estate agent recommended Cedric to us. Not only was he able to begin right away, but he finished the entire job the same day that he started it. He replaced our door and wooden doorway, some structural wood inside the walls as well as the drywall. He had to take a couple of trips to Home Depot to get supplies, and the temperature in the garage was extremely hot, but he never complained.
I really wanted to get everything done the same day, so I told him that I did not really care about the finish in the garage, since we will likely paint the entire house before we put it on the market. He agreed and stayed until 7pm to complete the entire job. Everything was structurally sound and he did not even charge us extra to install an additional lock on the door.
He is an honest and hard-working individual and I highly recommend him.
