ADVANCED GUTTER CO

We had used Kevin (Owner) several times to clean gutters and had screens installed on the garage gutters. So when we were ready to install new gutters and screens on the house and garage we wanted to use him. He did a good job cleaning the gutters and installing the screens. Kevin brought by color samples of the gutters and gave us a quote and a start date. We all agreed on color and price and he indeed show up when he was suppose to. He did a good job installing the gutters and screens, It took him and his helper 2 days to get them installed. We were pleased with his work. Then a year later our down spout in front of the house came off. So we called Kevin to try to get him out to hang it back up. We called about 10 times, sent him text messages to his cell, and sent him a private message on facebook. He did not respond back. We thought maybe he was out of town so we called him again about 3 months later and still nothing. Then we called him in July 2013 and left a message, he actually called us back, we gave him our address and he hung up. We have not been able to reach him since. We had to reinstall the downspout our selves. Totally unprofessional! And I would NOT recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I apologize for not knowing the cost. No one needs to use him as this is not the only complaint he has had.
