 + -1 moreAfter going online to request an appointment to assess my foundation, I could not get a human to schedule the appointment. Instead I was directed to their site where "many people find helpful information." I will agree, there is very useful topics on that page, nut that won't evaluate my possible issues.

 + -1 moreThey never called me back after taking the time on a Saturday to come out and review my foundation.
Description of Work: I liked the guy who came out and gave looked at my foundation problem. He was suppose to get back with me on a quote but I never heard from back him. I called his office and never got a call back. I would never use a company like this. I guess they aren't to interested in my business.

 + -1 moreI initially thought it went well, but after a few years I started seeing problems that never existed before the work was done.
Description of Work: Since that time I have had horrendous problems. I was telling them about the problem for over two years and no one wants to assist me. They state the problem is the drought or that I didn't water properly and that their guarantee doesn't cover my issue. I honestly feel the first repairs have made my current condition so severe. There are no other homes in my area with this same problem yet they barely want to talk to me. Now I am faced with $8000+ more of an estimate, which isn't even what the engineer I hired suggested needs to be done. Other companies also don't want to work on my home because Advanced already worked on it, and in my opinion caused this damage.
