ACTION INSPECTION

This was the second time we've used Zach, and he does a great job. I called him on Tuesday, he asked a few basic questions about the property, and quoted us a price of $300. We scheduled the home inspection for the very next day. Zach met me at the property on time, and promptly began working. He inspected the home thoroughly, including climbing into the attic, getting on the roof, and testing every appliance and system in the home, including the sprinkler system. Zach is very friendly and professional, and explains what he is checking as he goes, and encourages you to ask questions. He mentions anything he finds of concern, and helps put into perspective whether someting is a big deal or not. In this case, he noticed that the backyard sprinkler system was spraying water on the back door, causing wood rot on the frame. Not a big deal to fix, but something to attend to. He also noticed a loose shingle on the roof, and that the A/C system was dirty, probably from an improperly changed furnace filter. He took over an hour and a half to completely check out the house, included a termite inspection for no extra cost, and he emailed a detailed inspection report the next day. Great service, very professional and thorough, and enjoyable to work with.
