THE SALES PEOPLE WEREN'T VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE TREADMILL. IT'S A GOOD PLACE TO BUY A TREADMILL IF YOU'VE DONE YOUR OWN RESEARCH FOR WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. THIS TREADMILL FUNCTIONS VERY WELL, WITH ONE EXCEPTION; THE HEART RATE MONITOR STOPPED WORKING AFTER ABOUT A YEAR. WITH BASIC MAINTENANCE THE TREADMILL OPERATES SMOOTHLY. WE HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH ANY OF THE CONTROLS.
