Excellent service. He installed new AC unit for upstairs, repaired downstairs unit. Always prompt in responding to my calls for service, gives all options for repair, thorough in explanations, fair prices, professional interaction. Great guy. Will hire him again for any service he provides.

This company received payment to repair our dishwasher 33 days ago. They have completed no repairs whatsoever. Attempts at communication have been ignored.

I called my regular local Southlake Cooling and Air-conditioning vender about my dysfunctional heater last winter. I am their regular customer and they come every summer and winter to tune up the heating or cooling system. This time the estimate I received seemed very high (in thousands). I kept a copy of the repair list and the estimate and asked serviceman if I could get a second opinion. I called ABDEE'S APPLIANCE & AIR CONDITIONING CO in my neighborhood. I was informed by the ABDEE'S that some parts are misidentified as broken by the first vendor and do not need repair. ABDEE'S repaired my heater in a very short time with a reasonable expense, about %60 less. I also received a follow up call to make sure my heater is working well. Not a very professional company. We had to contact him for a repair date. He never found the parts needed that were available. He has our $100.00, he always promises to return money and phone calls but never does. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
