They say my dryer needed a part and they tried to get me to buy another one. Nothing was wrong with my dryer it was stopped up on the top. They came back and picked up the dryer, they just a sham

I have to give great cuddos to this company for the experience I had with them. I had a fridge that was not freezing and I had already had a diagnostic done by a different company so I mostly already knew what was wrong but I wanted a second quote for the job as well as to know more in depth what all was involved or if there was a different way to handle the situation. After calling other companies and basically being told I would not get such or any info unless I paid again for another person to come out to say the same thing and one other company who was kind enough to verify through what I explained over the phone that indeed the problem was what it was, I got a hold of THIS company and the person I texted with at 9pm was SO helpful and FULL of expert advice in 3 possible directions I could go in. The person explained every detail that would encompass each scenario as well as possible outcomes also verifying pricing at the same time and being very helpful in guiding me to the best decision for me rather than just making sure they were paid. The conversation was informative, knowledgeable/professional and caring which was so helpful. In the end I had 3 ways I could go in instead on just one; try to flush system but may not work, replace evaporator coils which would cost close to just replacing entire unit at least from where I had bought it from before, or just replace unit. I appreciated the honesty and options rather than just being told hey this is it or just buy a brand new one. AND that all the information was FREELY given without "having" to have another inspection to "determine" what was wrong even though we already basically knew. You know like actually talking to a person and not a sales ploy.

He did really well. He was clean, thorough, and very polite.

These guys are wonderful, professional and very competitive. They know their job. They made my life easy fixing my AC unit during busy season. In fact, I've purchased Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher from Abby in a very competitive price. Nice guys!

excellent service , would definitely use again

After I was told a new compressor would not work I decided to pick the machine up and take it to another repair shop. When I went to get the machine it was scratched in sever places and of course the owner was not there to talk to me about this. I left the machine there for several days and waited until I could talk to the owner. When I got back to pick the machine up and see what could be done about the damage Raj tried to claim the mars were there when i brought the machine in. That was a total lie because the machine was taken directly from the paint shop to his place. It was in perfect condition looks wise and was damaged by him and his helpers moving other machines against it. As a mater of fact the second time I went to pick it up there was additional damage to the paint. Of course this fly by night company would not do a thing about the damages and it cost me another $400.00 to have it repainted. People like this do not need to be recomended by Angie's List due to their inability to handle or help with customer complaints. I intend to do all I can to discredit this company in the community and hopefully get him out of business so he can't screw over any other customers.
