"Abby Appliance is a honest and reliable trust worthy company. We have been in business many years. We work very hard to make our customers happy with our service. Our #1 goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. We are very sorry [member’s name removed] was not satisfied with our services. We service at least 20-30 units daily at our shop. [member’s name removed] dropped off cooler at our shop for repairs, unfortunately we were unable to repair unit. When unit was dropped off their was some scratches on unit, unfortunately we did not take any pictures of unit. We preserved unit covered at all times, unless tech was trying to repair. Other than that they covered it. When customer was aware in order to repair we had to use new parts he decided he wanted to preserve it with original parts since it was a very old unit. He said he would pick up. Unit was left for almost 2 months later. We are very careful with our units. We take our jobs very serious, but do apologize in this case we are unable to satisfy customer. And in no means did we want to upset him."
