Aaron's Auto Glass

I had my windshield replaced by Aaron's Auto Glass back in July of 2018. The service went well enough, and I initially had no complaints. Then 9 months later I find that the windshield was replaced on my BMW without the windshield molding that allows the cowling to make a seal along the windshield, properly draining water away my glove-box, where the fuse panel is located. Instead, copious, untidy amounts of "bondo" was used to unceremoniously glue the lower section of the windshield onto the car. Remaining parts of the windshield hardware was laid loosely in the car, under the cowling. Had I known that the company was not capable of properly replacing a BMW windshield, I would not have taken my vehicle there. The company never explained that they would deviate from the hardware components already installed in the vehicle. Once it was discovered that there was loose hardware flapping about in my engine compartment, the shoddy workmanship needed to be corrected. This is not a company that I would ever trust my vehicles with again.
