Stephen Cronk, the owner, and his business partner came to the pick-up site in North Dallas on-time with a furniture dolly, and moving truck which has a tail lift. Mr. Cronk and his business partner carefully wrapped the piano with furniture pads, placed the piano on the furniture dolly and took off the legs. This took about twenty minutes total. Two guys came on time to move my upright from my apartment it the new house and studio baby grand piano from where I bought it to the house we moved to. Excellent job and very quick! They even take credit cards which is a plus!
