AAA Piano Moving & Services

Stephen Cronk, the owner, and his business partner came to the pick-up site in North Dallas on-time with a furniture dolly, and moving truck which has a tail lift. Mr. Cronk and his business partner carefully wrapped the piano with furniture pads, placed the piano on the furniture dolly and took off the legs. This took about twenty minutes total. The piano was lifted into the truck and secured for moving. They came to my residence in Arlington an hour later, and did the process in reverse. There were a few minor scratches to my hardwood floor from moving the piano on the dolly, which was inevitable and unavoidable consequence given the weight of the piano. There were was not a single scratch or damage on the piano from the move.
This is the third time I have used AAA Piano Services in the last year, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. The business represents itself as being insured up to $30,000 per move. Stephen Cronk, the owner, is very curteous, and has been prompt in returning my phone calls and e-mails. This company appears to have the lowest rates in the DFW Metroplex. Many of the competitors I contacted were charging $100 or more for my recent move.

Two guys came on time to move my upright from my apartment it the new house and studio baby grand piano from where I bought it to the house we moved to. Excellent job and very quick! They even take credit cards which is a plus!
