Lorenzo was professional from the very beginning. Answered the phone the first time I tried to call. I set up an appointment time and I had to push the time back a little and he didn't seem bothered and worked with me on the later time. He came out looked at what I needed to have done, measured what needed to be measured, showed genuine concern about the results I was expecting. Called me the following day with his quote. He's very optimistic and has a great can do attitude. Didn't push me into committing into any extra work, I appreciate that. He showed up at a normal time, he and his helper got right to work right away. I stayed and watched them both work, they know what they are doing. Seemed like second nature to them both. They installed and sealed both doors and the window. Really good and quick workmanship. Took away old doors and old window frame away at my request. Thanks.
