The individual (I was later told it was the owner) came out to measure the windows and seemed very pleasant.  It went downhill from there.  The windows were scheduled to be installed a week after they were ordered.  I asked the owner if I needed to call for an appointment, and he stated that I didn't and he would take care of it.  On the day the windows were suppose to be installed, they were a no show.  When I called, they indicated that the owner made a mistake and forgot to schedule the appointment.  They apologized and said they may be able to come later in the day, which never happened (i was called around 5:00 PM and was told they couldn't make it).  Due to work schedules, it would be a month before I could get time off for them to come again.  A month later, they came to install the windows, only to find out that one of them was not correct.  Another mistake by the owner (as the office reported to me).  So after now taking two days off to get these windows installed, I still do not have the job done.
This has obviously been disappointing.  The company seems to lack interest in customer commitment.  While the people all seem very friendly and pleasant, the quality of service just isn't there.  Now I do realize that there have been many satisfied customers on Angie's list, and I don't doubt their statements.  However, I was not as fortunate, and thought I would share a different view.

This is the second windshield replaced on one of our family cars. The workmanship and office staff are unquestionably some of the friendliest and most professional I have ever encountered in any setting. The work was completed a promised and the price is more than reasonable. If you are replacing auto glass (or any other glass), what else is there?

I did not get them through Angie's List. They charged me $150 each for the windows. I do not remember how I came across their name but it must have been in an advertisement. I called them and they had a pretty good service. A guy from the company came in and looked at what I wanted done. He took measurements and then two weeks later, they came and installed them really quick. The work turned out pretty good.

After some confusion, the gentleman came out to make an estimate.  It seemed fair.  We hired them to complete the work.  The workman who came to actually complete the work was excellent and very professional:  called beforehand, arrived on time, completed the work and did a super clean-up job.

Very Professional. They called before coming. They did a good job.

The work was ordered in May, but not completed until today. July 15.  I was away from the country and we couldn't schedule completion any earlier.  

They do all kinds of glass.  They were very helpful.  They had me get it measured to know exactly what it was.  They were just great; they provided everything on time and just the way I needed it.

AAA did that quickly and without complaint or extra charge. I would hire them again if I still lived there.

It was great. I think they are an excellent company. They’ve been around in Ft. Worth for some years. That was the second time we used them and we didn’t have any complaints what so ever.

Eddie came right out to give us an estimate on three windows. I had to call twice for the estimate. Took two weeks for glass to come in. Two of the three windows was wrong. A large bathroom window was not the right type of glass and the other was the wrong size. I was also. CHarged for tinted glass which was not tinted upon arrival. I paid for one window as it was broken and had to be replaced. I was behind in completing my window treatments on waiting for these windows to come in. I will not use this company in the future.

AAA came out and gave me a very quick estimate for a replacement for a tempered window that had been broken.  No detailes as to what had been ordered.  I called a few days later to verify installation date and what had been ordered.  The glass ordered was not tempered, and after several phone calls* , this was straightened up.  The men who cam and installed it were exteremly professional and did a quick excellent job replacing the broken pane.
*The lower grade on professionalism was due to a rude conversation with the owner.  The score would have been lower, but they took some money off the price of the window (which I suspect was the price for plate glass rather than tempered to start with) as well as a verbal appology for the way in which the owner spoke to me.   I would likely use them again because they did call and appologize and attempted to make it right.

They did what they said they were going to do and we haven't  had any problems with it since.

They were a good and honest company. They came out on time and their quotes were what they said they were going to be. Their prices were reasonable and I got what I paid for. We had no problems or complaints and I would us them again.

They have a large store and a large selection of products. I am a very satisfied customer.

The first time they came out they cut the wrong edge, but we called them and they corrected the issue right away.
