THE TECH'S FOR THIS COMPANY USE "HIGH PRESSURE" SALES TACTICS. THEY ONLY GIVE YOU A "DISCOUNT" IF YOU COMMIT TO THE SERVICE RIGHT AWAY, NOT ALLOWING YOU TIME TO TALK TO YOUR SPOUSE OR CHECK PRICES ELSEWHERE. THEY ACCUSED ME OF BEING UNTRUTHFUL ABOUT WORK THAT WAS NOT DONE AND SOMETIMES WOULDN'T SHOW UP OR CALL. THEY SOLD ME SERVICES THAT I NOW BELIEVE WERE NOT NECESSARY AND I COULD NOT GET A SECOND OPINION WITHOUT THE PRICE BEING "JACKED UP". I WOULD NOT REFER THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.

RODNEY, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND MADE A GOOD EFFORT TO REMEMBER PAST WORK DONE. WORKED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
