The results were fantastic. The guy that was renting the place on the rental property found him on his own. We thought of replacing the carpet and putting in a hardwood floor. The work was totally beautiful, I was so surprised because the carpet was so bad. They were very good. We wanted to use them in the future. The cost was reasonably cheap. He had to work within his schedule but scheduling an appointment was great.

Had to call carpet company because we are moving and didn't want to lose deposit....tried to clean with rug doctor but did nothing at all...They came and saved the day ..even got red cool aid stain out...Price was affordable and we will definitely use these guys in future...If you live in apartment these guys will save you money...

These guys not only did awesome job cleaning carpet,but they also repaired/replaced a 4x4 area where kids spilled ink from our printer…after guys finished we barely knew these guys worked on area.Good jobs A Brighter Carpet!!!!!!!!!!!!

From jump the experience went awesome....set appointment by text and received confirmation by text which made convenient.Second guys showed up promptly on time and were uninformed. Since we have puppy the technician recommend urine treatment and we took him up on his recommendation. Overall the cleaning was excellent and drying time was less than 4 hours. I definitely will be calling A Brighter Carpet in near future!
