I live in Tyler, TX and Sharman's Sewing Center told me that they could not repair my machine because they couldn't get the parts my machine needed. I contacted Randy Cole and asked him if I could meet him somewhere and give him my machine to repair, that I was coming to Dallas for an event. Randy meet me at the event. I was shocked when he told me he would do the repair while I was at the event. (I expected to make another trip back to Dallas to pick up my repaired machine) He works out of a specialized van that he has outfitted to be able to do the repairs in the van. He called me when the repair was done. I was quite surprised that the machine only needed to be cleaned and oiled. He asked me if I had dogs. When I replied he told me he had found some dog hair in the foot pedal when he cleaned it. How thorough of a cleaning is that? The cleaning and oiling cost me $97.00. It is hard to find HONEST repair people these days. He could have charged me so much more and charged for parts he didn't use. How would I have known? I HIGHLY recommend Randy Cole to take care of your sewing machine needs!!!!!

Great. Randy Cole made my 32 yr old Kenmore sewing machine sew like new again. He made it very easy for me by picking it up at a local quilt shop and delivering it to my home 2 days later.

I spoke with Mr. Cole about coming to my house for repair of my Singer Machine which was purchased in the early 1970's. After asking a few questions he said it would be better for him to check out in his work place, because it sounded like the problem might involve an area where carbon could be a mess. He said he had a drop off place, which was very near my house and he would pick it up and take to his shop. Took up in the morning and that same afternoon he called and had a diagnosis without taking back to his place. The part for the machine was going to be as high as a new machine(the drive belt was shot ). Since it was so old I told him I did not want the repair --had rather get another machine. He gave me some information on a couple machines and also offered that he would be available if I had any questions about a machine I might be considering.
When I asked what his service fee for the diagnosis was he said, "NO CHARGE"---- told him I was willing to pay for his time to look at it and diagnosis the problem. He said no !! I will recommend him to anyone and will not hesitate to use if needed in future !!!

My Morse sewing machine weighs a ton and the Singer treadle machine belonged to my great-grandmother, so I opted to have Randy come to my home to look at these machines. The Morse had been serviced badly by another company a decade before, and was frozen. The treadle had not been used for about 30 years. Randy quickly and expertly clean, serviced, and oiled the machines, and tested and adjusted the stitches in scrap fabric that he bought. He re-taught me how to use my machines, and made sure that I understood how to use them again. He is extremely knowledgeable and really enjoys his work. I would happy have him back

This machine had not been used in a number of years and just needed a good maintenance. I was able to drop it off/pick up at a Hancock's Fabric Store which was so convenient and it was even ready before I expected it to be. I did not meet the person who repaired it but he was very detailed on the ticket about what he worked on. The machine is sewing beautifully.

He arrived when he said he would. He took care of the problem quickly and only after several snuggles from MAX, told me he was allergic to my cat. He has a warm manner and obviously knows his craft. He took care of things and left. The machine worked great for a long time.
