Contacted A Animal clinic for boarding dogs while on vacation. 1 medium size and 1 large dog. I did cancel vacation due to illness in the family. This company had accomadated and answered any questions. Area was clean with staff visable. I was able to tour the area and talk with supervisor of area. Printed information given and able to schedule the time easily. Also has a play program during the day. Area clean with off the floor bed for older dog. When I canceled staff cheerful and wonderful.
Even tho I did not use them this time I certainly would for any other time.

Due to the fact that our old regular vet had recently gone out of business, and Ollie's rabies vaccine records were not available, the staff had to muzzle him when getting a scraping of his skin to diagnose him. He did not take well to being muzzled but the staff was so kind and helpful. They cleaned his ears and conducted tests on his skin agitation. After all was said and done he needed 3 oral medications as well as a medicated shampoo. The staff and Dr were very thorough with their findings and went over costs of treatment and meds before coming up with a final plan for treatment. They went over all the options and helped us figure out was most cost-beneficial as well as effective and even found a free full-sized sample of the medicated shampoo he needed.

It was a good experience. They were prompt in getting me an appointment and I was quickly seen once I arrived and their technicians did a good job and the vet did a good job evaluating my dog and they provided appropriate service at reasonable price. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable and the vet was professional and approachable, good listener and provided different options for treatment and just did a thorough evaluation and good recommendations and provided additional resources for my specific issue. I would use them again.

The staff was very caring and calm. Did an excellent job explaining the problem and the potential treatments. Cat was calm so I was calm.

One may have to exercise nominal amounts of patience when dropping off or picking up at peak time. They are busy for a reason!

The nurse was wonderful with my very shy dog and performed the tests quickly and professionally.Dr Ashlie McBroom was very kind and patient and checked her thoroughly.The majority of the amount I paid was for the Heartworm tests and one year supply of tablets for prevention of heartworm, ticks, fleas and worms.

Great! Had a voucher so did not actually pay. But, cost seemed expensive.

They did a thorough exam. I got a note from the vet that explained everything. They took her out a few times a day. They are very thorough with what they do. They are clean there and do a good job. They do everything there as far as boarding and veterinarian work. She came back to me and was very clean.

They have very caring staff at A Animal. Our cat was very matted and they knew that there was a possibility of her getting nicked with the clippers so they called me before the clipping and told me of the risks. She did get nicked however not to the extent that could have been possible. They did a good job with what they had to work with.
