You can't go wrong with this plumber. He is self employed, so he can offer reasonable prices. He does great work. I have recommended him to my family and friends. I have used his services several times. He is my go to plumber now.

Heath communication is great. He showed up on time and did a great job. Extremely happy and satisfied with his work.

We knew that our water heater was on its last leg and gave Heath a call about replacing it. He was there the next afternoon with the replacement unit and had it all installed within 2-3 hours. He also brought the water heater overflow system up to current code since our home is about 10 years old and we were replacing the original unit. Overall great work and haven?t had any issues. We would use him again in the future.  

Pricing was very good, but they took a long time to finish the project.

I contacted Heath on the 19th of December for some unexpected plumbing issues.  Heath advised me that he would arrive later in the day to correct those issues.  He arrived as promised.  I am not used to having workers show up on time, therefore this was a pleasant change. 

Heath shows up in a very nice and clean truck.  This showed me what to expect from him and his work.  It was all neat and clean.  He is very polite and professional. 

I will have no problem calling him back in the future.

After obtaining bids and pricing from several local plumbing companies, I found A&P Plumbing on Angies list.
Since the company had a A rating and was local, I gave Heath Hammond a call to schedule an appointment.
He was very cordial, precise in his answers and exhibited true professionalism.  He even gave me a budgetary
quote for the work over the telephone. We scheduled his appointment for the next day at 9:30 am.
At 9:00am the following morning, Heath called me and said he was on his way. He arrived at 9:30 on the dot,
Dressed professionally and displaying his company logo on his uniform. He proudly present his identification
along with his Master Plumber License, with a notebook full of photographs of past work he had performed 
in my area. Heath immediately began assessing the job, explaining exactly what work would be
performed, approximately how long the task would take, and finalized the cost for the complete job without any
attempt at upselling! Very rare in today's marketplace.
He laid out protective covering over the complete work area before starting the job and finished the task
half hour sooner that anticipated. Heath completely cleaned up the work area, and hauled off the old water
heater and piping at no additional charge. No evidence that he had even been there remained. 
 This guy knows what he is doing in every respect. If anyone has a plumbing problem, large or small,  I highly
recommend Heath Hammond at A&P Plumbing for professional service at a fair price.
 

It went well. They were prompt. They were very professional. They could have said this was wrong or that was wrong but they told us what was the most effective way to fix and is cheaper.

The kitchen drain got clogged and would not drain. Pipes in the rest of the house were working fine. So we created a request of ServcieMagic and got three vendors to respond. Heath was one of the people who was available to come out on a Sunday and take care of it. His charges were a little higher than the others. But the convenience of being able to address this quickly was what swayed me towards Heath. He came by on time and brought the snake with him. He worked on the drain for about 2 hrs. By the end of the that the drain was cleared. He mentioned that we should use some environmentally friendly drain cleaners on a regular basis.
