I have personally used 4XTream for my roofing needs as well as my general contracting needs. I was extremely pleased with their meticulous attention to detail from the personalized spreadsheet explaining my insurance coverage to making sure every last piece of debris was removed from my yard and pool when my roof was complete. They have always been prompt, responsive, and professional. It made what would normally be a stressful process both smooth and efficient.

Do not let the color matching tees fool you. Kenneth Patton and his crew were supposed to finish the work in two weeks, 3 months later, work still unfinished and Kenneth Patton’s 4Xtream nowhere to be found, talking to attorneys at this point. Crew (1 guy) will show up in the afternoon and stayed for no more than one hour. Sometimes they show up without tools and had to leave to get some. Unprofessional, expensive, horrible customer service, and subpar craftsmanship. Charged us +1k to put a tarp over the chimney that according to them was leaking (see photos). They used nails to hold he tarp in place, ruining the existing shingles. Had to hire other company to fix this. Save yourself time, money and headaches by using ANY other crew. Don’t make the same mistake we made.
