1 & Done Carpet Cleaning

1 and Done was recommended to us by a real estate agent. Many of her clients had used their services in the past with excellent results. We were helping the daughter of a family friend get her mother's house ready to go on the market. The polyester carpets were heavily soiled from years of traffic, paint used in art projects and embedded gum. We had serious concerns that the carpets would need to be replaced. We were extremely pleased with 1 and Done's bid and the quality of service we received. In my opinion, 1 and Done has earned every 5-star review you will find on the internet. Our positive experience started with David when we called for information on their cleaning procedures, prices and scheduling. His communication skills and follow-up are admirable. Carlos, the technician that was scheduled for our visit, was a true professional. After his on-time arrival, he walked through the house with us and explained the process and realistic expectations based on the type of carpet and stains. Carlos was very methodical in his pre-treatment and gum removal prior to cleaning. He apparently is a perfectionist and he worked diligently until he was satisfied. He never appeared to rushed to get to the next job. The results were amazing and the house smelled so clean and fresh when he finished. They saved the estate the cost of new carpeting, for which we are very grateful. Job well done!!

David is a great person to deal with, was punctual, didn't mind answering any questions, and confirmed our appointment the day before. He has van mounted heavy duty equipment and did a good job. I recommend him.
