Tech person very young, very nice. House is old. Do not know for sure if unit is adequate. However, with all the money spent, I could have paid down on a new unit. The unit is over 5 years old. I called our old reliable service, which I thought were over priced. I was looking for another specialist to replace MY COSTLY, BUT GOOD service. I now will stay with costl, but good.
