It seemed resolved but at first dishwasher run water rose, so obviously the problem is not yet resolved. Yet to come back out and do the job right he wanted me to pay a full service fee again saying:"who knows what goes down a drain in 2 days" - his words. Thanks, no thanks, it is simply unreasonable to pay for the same service twice within 2 days. Where is the ownership, where is the responsibility. I do not recommend this business.
