We were able to schedule an appointment to happen within 24 hours of calling, which was great. After James conducted the inspection, we received his report later that same day via email-- also great!

I logged in online and used their online scheduler to make an appointment for a termite inspection on a house i was purchasing. It was a very easy system to use. They called and confirmed the appointment. They were prompt and on time, and then posted the report electronically. I even paid them electronically through a portal on their web page. Very user friendly, these guys are super easy to deal with. The price for a termite inspection ($60) was the lowest I found in the area as well.
