Our company employees many qualified craftsman with decades of experience installing the most difficult roof systems who focus on the long term quality of their installations as well as the meticulous details required with your roof systems. We offer you a free no obligation, no hassle estimate. You just contact us with your information and we will come out and give you a written estimate of how much your new roof or repairs will cost. You do not even have to be present. You may simply inform us of a safe place to leave your estimate, or another method to have it delivered to you, and review the paperwork at your convenience. As always, if you would prefer talking to one of our roof consultants, you may contact us at any time. You will never be contacted by a representative of this company unless you ask. You will be provided with an upfront price for your protection. Occasionally (less than 1% of all jobs) we must deviate from our original estimate, but we will contact you and/or your insurance company and take photos for you records if we must perform any work not stated on the estimate. This is normally caused by damaged wood or an additional hidden layer of shingles not included your estimate. Due to the varying prices of roofing and construction materials our estimates are only valid from 15 days from the date of the estimate. Once the contract is signed and dated, the price will not increase, even if there is an increase in material costs. You do not need to inform us of any specials or discounts until time of payment.
