When it was completely dry - about 3 or 4 days later - the technician removed the equipment, replaced the baseboard, put the furniture back in place, and even vacuumed the carpet. The representatives in the office & the technicians couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I would call them again in a minute.

We never want to have an upset customer because our job is to make it " like it never even happened " and to help you during your time of disaster. Having said that, we do need to know when someone is not satisfied or upset with our work. On every job that SERVPRO works on, we are required to ask the customer to fill out a C.O.S. ( Certificate of Satisfaction ). This is done at the end of the job to show that the customer was satisfied with the work that was done on the customers property. On our C.O.S. we were given a perfect 100% for the entire job. Below are the actual questions and scores from the customers survey. Again, we hate knowing anyone is upset with us but if we do not know that you are upset, we cant fix it. 1. The SERVPRO Franchise's office staff was courteous, polite and helpful throughout the duration of the job. 10 - Strongly Agree 2. The SERVPRO Franchise's on - site personnel were prompt, courteous and attentive to my concerns. 10 - Strongly Agree 3. When we get perfect tens on satisfaction, we believe the job was completed according to plan and that you are happy. Again I am sorry that we have upset a customer.
