Owner was a total jerk harrasing and cursing at me in front of my young child his mistake their error they did more damage than they fixed!!

It went outsanding and great done.

Company showed up when it said it would, quickly installed the product, and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall it went well. The crew were professional, and the crew leader was very responsive when a couple of issues were pointed out.

Salesman Will Green offered an awesome price on both inside and outside unit too good to pass up. A team of M. Green AC and heating did an excellent job in and out within an hour and 30 minutes. Only issue that would’ve made it a 5⭐️ If they would of cleaned up the spill left in my drive and on my patio rocks in the backyard I had to call the installer Jeremy to ask whether or not this was harmful to people or to dogs he said no but did not offer to help clean it up! Other than that I was a very satisfied customer. And would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed them.

These guys hung in there to make it right, full credit on effort and making it right. Choices and consequences were great, no Upselling. Some improvement could be gained in attention to details, a couple of connections were fragile, wires fell off with a wiggle, a water line began to drip, upon inspection. These were corrected upon finding without complaint. They worked tirelessly to re establish air balance for me which was beyond our agreement.

I called M.Green AC and Heating after see their good reviews on Angieslist. A salesperson/tech name Will came out the next day to give me an estimate. I am in the construction business; so I know what are reasonable prices.I also knew exactly what type of HVAC system I needed.I already had 5 estimates from other HVAC companies. There estimates were all too high for the HVAC equipment being used. “Will” gave me an estimate for a new HVAC system that was exactly what my house requires .Will’s estimate on average was $1700-$2500 less than other companies estimate for the exact same system/install. I sign the contract with Will. Installed day came and M.Green had 3 man crew that came out.My OLD system was an all electric AC unit that also used heat-strips for heating in the winter. I got a new Goodman Heat Pump system. Everything went outstanding ! After the install “Will” followed up for a month to insure the install had no issues and if I had any questions or concerns! The New HVAC system had been doing great since the install. The Goodman Heatpump has already gave me my lowest winter electricty bill in years. It saved me a minimum of $100.00 on the first month electricy bill after the install. Do yourself a favor and get Will from M.Green A/C and Heating for an estimate on a new system.You save a lot of money and get great service and equipment.

I am pleased with the service and quality of work performed by M. Green A/C & Heating Co. Their prices were very reasonable and much lower than some other companies that I received quotes from. They were ready to perform the the day after receiving their quote and arrived at my home at the time we had agreed upon. They replaced the evaporator coil from both of my A/C units in a couple of hours to include hauling off old coils. The were very professional and I would gladly use them again for any of A/C or heating needs. I am very happy that I chose M. Green A/C & Heating

A couple of items listed on the proposal were missed during installation (electrical disconnect and refrigerant line insulation). I had to call to have workers return to complete the installation. Had to call a second time to have workers clean up the trash and discarded furnace parts left in the attic. I realized after installation that the plenums were not included with the new furnace/A coil (my mistake). The installers simply connected the A coil to the existing plenums. They were different sizes so it was an inefficient setup. They also had inserted a 2-inch filter instead of the required 4-inch filter. The float safety switch was improperly installed. A couple of weeks after installation, I hired an outside AC guy (Shane) to correct the plenum alignment and add some duct work and he discovered the blower motor was turning on and off and was getting hot. He discovered that a run capacitor wire was not connected and was shorting out against the metal housing. Obviously this was a fire hazard, so we connected the capacitor wire, only to find out later that the motor had to be replaced because it had been running over heated. The existing refrigerant line was kinked during installation of the new system. This can cause low pressure readings, so I requested Mr. Green send a tech to recheck the pressure lines in March (since they admitted it is difficult to get a good pressure test in a winter installation), however he said there was no labor warranty because I had hired an outside maintenance guy to replace the burned out motor and had "touched" the system. This was a cop out and had nothing to do with re-testing the pressure lines. I can only assume that they care little about performing a professional job and standing behind their work. Mr. Green's excuse regarding the faulty wiring was: "The unit comes from the factory pre wired so if the wire was off the run cap it came from the factory that way the techs don't wire the run cap". That simply translates to the fact they do not check or guarantee their work and they do not care if a new system is running properly.

When my 11-yr old Carrier Condenser burned out (spectacularly), I contacted multiple local services--at first hopeful for a repair, but eventually I became convinced that a full system replacement was the surest route. As the incident occurred during a very temperate 2 weeks, I wasn't forced to make the snap decision I would have in 10.5 of other months here. So I was able to research and interview 9 service providers rigorously, ranging from smaller operations to the larger 'seen-on-TV' companies. I found that as far as pricing & expertise the HVAC industry maintains a very 'Black Box' policy to layperson consumers! Online research and each rep I spoke with offered a different diagnosis, recommendation, and price-point for my situation. Essentially, the providers that sell higher-end units extol the unique virtues that make their products & services worth higher (MUCH HIGHER!) prices. The ones that sell more basic models are quick to tell you all systems are built by the same 2 to 4 manufacturers, and all equipment is therefore essentially the same. While I'd like to have put in a massively upgraded system--and there were a couple of reasonable dealers I would have felt secure going with--cost at this point is my prime criteria. I decided to go with M.Green on a Goodman system. SALES: I asked Will Green at M.Green a LOT of questions, and he answered all of them. He was reasonable, prompt to respond (both the initial visit and any follow-ups I had), and able to work with me on price and my system needs. He provided everything I required: excellent price, upgraded equipment, a few perks, a good parts & labor warranty, decent financing, (upon an agreement), same-day installation, and follow up after the install. INSTALLATION: A 3-man crew arrived exactly when the said they would and got right to it. They were quick, expert, and considerate. Chris, the lead tech, answered all my questions, adjusted the fans properly, and offered to return when the weather is warmer to make sure the cooling system is optimally balanced. They were in and out in about 2.5 hours (my house layout & condition of the old system makes the process go faster, YMMV)! While Chris was installing the Handler, he was complimentary about the Greens: a real family business (echoing what Will had said earlier) that is especially good to work with and genuinely care about their employees & customers. I was already committed at that point, but it was very reassuring to hear that opinion unsolicited. Also: Chris found that the cause of the initial system failure was in the Coil--not one of the previous repairmen had diagnosed that, so a simple repair would've likely been even more expensive & ongoing than the replacement! It's been 2 weeks, and everything is running smoothly. I'll update this review as needed over the next 10 (hopefully many more) years parts & labor warrantied by Goodman & the Greens. At this point I couldn't be more pleased with my M.Green experience. TL;DR: After lots of research, I found great price; reassuring & professional interaction; fast and solid install; ironclad warranty. Highly recommend M.Green.

I dealt with one of the owners who was very responsive. Also, their price was at least $1700 less than one of my other quotes. The installation went well. The only issue that I had was that the furnace would not come on when I tried to turn it on a couple of days after installation. I immediately called the owner I had been dealing with and two hours later, the installer was back at my house to correct the problem. He said there was an issue with the wiring connected to my thermostat and he acknowledged that he should have checked to ensure that everything was operating properly after he finished the installation.

I highly recommend this company for any A/C needs. My old A/C unit went out on Sunday. I called first thing Monday and the sales representative came to my house that morning. The new unit was installed on Tuesday morning. The price was fair. I did my research and knew what a fair price was for the project and it is the price I was quoted. Prior to needing an install I have always been very impresssed with how responsive they have been to all my service needs.

M. Green just installed a unit in a rent house. They did not try to oversell us on a more expensive unit -just one that would cool and heat the house efficiently. Having worked with other companies and having to deal with their service windows - I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to meet my timeline, showed up on time and were very courteous. It was the best service I could have asked for they replaced my system with a 4 ton Goodman 14 seer 410a condenser, AC coil down flow 60,000 btu furnace. Float safety switch, new filter rack, new temp stat and cap. New black pipe with drip leg and 10 year factory warranty with 1 year labor warranty. My heater went out in the winter and they came asap, my system was super old so we went ahead and replaced the whole unit. They were very professional, did an amazing job, price was so reasonable and would highly recommend to anyone! They replaced my moms system too and she was also very pleased with her services!

Great. Scheduled appointment and workers were prompt. Work was completed same day as scheduled. Unit was installed back in 2016, and everything has worked great ever since. I highly recommend them!
