 + -1 moreI met with four different carport installers including a couple highly rated ones on Angie's list. I also got estimates on the phone from 3 or 4 more. In the end, the prices I was quoted where within about $200 of one another. I decided to go with DFW Siding and Patio because they were as cheap or even a little cheaper than the others. I worked with Michael Stout. He offered to build a standard residential carport or a commercial-style carport for the same price. The residential style has small beams but more of them. The commercial style only had two much larger beams. I thought it looked nicer so that's what I opted for. I think I would have been happy with either. DFW Siding worked with the City on the building permit and the whole project went very smooth. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

 + 0 moreI liked the job and siding used. Installers took longer than expected due to weather and an accident one worker had. Company came out once I noticed a problem with one piece with out any fuss on their part and fixed it ASAP.
Description of Work: Good product and price. Work took longer than expected because of one worker that had an accident and some weather problems. Job looked good with one exception of a piece of siding cut short. Called DFW when I noticed that and it was fixed without any problem.

 + -1 moreMICHAEL GAVE ME A VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATE. HE REPAIRED THE NEXT DAY, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR AN ADDITIONAL PIECE HE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED. HE WAS ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND PROMPT.
Description of Work: DOOR DID NOT CLOSE, REPAIRED, PATIO PULLED AWAY FROM HOUSE WHEN HAD FOUNDATION LEVELED. MICHAEL REPAIRED PATIO WHERE ATTACHED TO HOUSE. HIS ORIGINAL BID WAS FOR $350.00, BUT I ASKED HIM TO RETURN TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL PIECE OF METAL. THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE WAS ADDED AT THAT TIME.
