LANDSCAPE PLUS

The owner, Paula Perez, came on the same day I called and asked her to give me a bid.  The bid was for almost half of what a previous bid was.  The next morning 3 guys came and cut down the tree in about 3 hours.  After it was all down, 1 man trimmed the red oak while the other 2 men stacked the downed tree by the curb.  Their work was neat and everything was picked up.  They were careful to be sure none of the limbs hit the house.  When I asked if they were going to grind the stump after lunch, the workers didn't know what I was talking about and had to call the owner.  Paula called me and said they would come back the next day and grind.  They didn't come back the next day but did come back two days after the tree was cut.  Except for the delay in the grinding, everything was just as I expected it to be.

I called Landscape Plus Tree Service and Paula Perez came out the same day to give me the estimate. Ms. Perez quoted me $600 to cut down the tree, $100 to haul away the debris and $180 to do the stump grinding which she planned to sub out. Ms. Perez and her crew came the following Sat. and cut down the tree. She tried to arrange the stump grinding for the following Monday but ended up calling me Monday to tell me that it couldn t be done until Tuesday. The stump grinding co showed up on Tues. and ground up the stump. Ms. Perez also showed up on Tues. to supervise the stump grinding and to remove the remaining tree debris. Ms. Perez acted professionally throughout the job and I appreciated that she was there to supervise her crew and the sub contractor. She even had her crew remove a branch from my front tree that was hanging on my neighbor s roof and she didn t charge me extra for that. I will definitely try to use her services again!
