Todd Lambert and his plumbing service are as crooked and amateur as they come. Forced to work with him because it's who the property management hired. This guy three days straight walked off the job because he was incompetent and got angry that he didn't know how to fix the issue. Eventually on the third day after belittling my wife into tears, I decided to come home from work and confront the problems. He then tried to turn on me and start getting an attitude which led to me kicking him out of our home which at first he refused and only after calling the police did he leave because they almost arrested him. Spoke to his previous employer from years back, he was fired because of how he treated women and his general attitude towards customers. He told me I'm a nobody because I rent and he makes five times what I make...not knowing anything about me or what I do for a living. Real classy and his website says he is a fair Christian plumber, he does not represent anything close to that. He also was not welcomed back by the home owner... We had another plumber and camera guy come out on our dime and they did some snaking and checked the pipes and saw nothing of what Todd claimed was needing to be done. Todd was going to charge the home owner thousands of dollars in repairs. He is as crooked and fraudulent as they come. Do not be fooled by previous reviews, I am more than sure we just got lucky and caught him this time, he's clearly been doing this for years. Stay far far away from and get another plumber, this guy and his shady business need to be shut down.
Response from Lambert's Plumbing Service
"This was basically a tenant requesting we do work without authorization for payment from the owner who called us out in the first place. Obviously disgruntled due to the fact that if any of the other sexual allegations were true I would not have a license, would have a police record, and would not be allowed to work at elementary schools and HOAs in the first place so man get your facts straight before you start running your mouth. As far as leaving the house this way all our customers know we are not a restoration company and instead of letting your small child walk around in raw sewage for days you should have contacted your owner about this as well. We will be filing charges if this is not taken down as you are not able to justify any of this information. Our business comes from word of mouth so we do not keep track of social media, this was just brought to our attention and will be handled."

When I first called for service, I thought it was just a bad fixture but after Todd replaced the fixture he found it was still leaking and it was coming from behind the shower wall.  Apparently the "copper" pipes were never installed or soldered correctly.  Todd went in and replaced the piping and made sure the leak was repaired and install a new shower kit.  I'm please with his work so far, although I did have to wait over a week for him to make the repairs-I didn't mind the wait because he seemed very knowledgeable about his craft--I'd definitely call him again.

Found Mr. Lambert on Angie's List. My husband called and left a message relating to the repair work needed. The VM also said to text phone number so we did that also. Mr. Lambert returned the call in about 10-15 minutes. He was on another job but said he could come by around 1:00 that same afternoon (our water was shut off due to the amount of water leaking. My husband tried to repair the pipe himself but it kept breaking every time the water was turned back on). Mr. Lambert called around 1:15 to state he was on his way. He showed up and tried to repair the pipe, which would still break when turning the water back on. (Mr. Lambert and my husband saw other broken pipes in the hole so we assumed the builder's sub-contractor also had the same problem and just rigged it instead of fixing correctly.) After Mr. Lambert found an appropriate fix for the pipe he replaced the dirt/mud and grass from the hole. Can't even tell someone was in there. (Our neighbors had the same issue and whoever they used had a HUGE mess left for weeks)!

I have a couple of other plumbing issues that need to be addressed at some point and will absolutely call Lambert's Plumbing Service again. We felt that the cost for the repairs and service was more than fair.

I called their number Monday afternoon, on Labor Day.  2 rings later and I was talking to John Lambert the owner.  I explained my issue, which was a suddenly and very heavily leaking outside faucet.  John explained he was a bit tied up at the moment, but if needed he would shift his schedule around and come over ASAP.  As we had already turned the water off to the house, we weren't too worried about damage.  I asked John how soon he could have someone out without him having to drop what he was doing and he said 0730 the next morning.  That was good enough for us,and sure enough, at 0715 Tuesday his van was parked in our driveway.  Luckily, ours was a quick fix, just a new screw on bib (faucet).  While he was there, I had him price out tapping an existing PVC line in the backyard and installing two new faucets.  His pricing was fair, not cheap or expensive, but fair.  Heck, for me, just having a vendor show up on time is half the job.  John also seemed genuinely concerned with us having to go overnight without running water, and I feel he would have come on Labor Day if I would have asked.  We live in the country and going 12 hours without running water wasn't the end of the world for us.  We plan on using John and Lambert's again in the future.

Todd Lambert was professional, helpful, and fully explained and discussed the "care and feeding" of the new, and existing, exterior faucets. Because the leak and having to shut off the water to the house, we needed service that day, and he was quick to accommodate our need and was out that day, as his scheduled allowed. His labor and parts fee seemed in line with what I imagine the industry standard might be. I was extremely pleased with this service call and would recommend his service to anyone.

They were very good. They were clean and did a good job. As soon as I called, they were able to come out the same day. They were very quick and cleaned up after themselves.

Noticed a broken line on my water heater at 5:45 am. Called him at 6 pm. He was at my house by 8. Fixed by 12 noon. Kept me posted through the whole process. Even texted pics of the finished work. Ah---- MAZING!!!

When Mr. Lambert arrived he went right to work. He explained everything in detail and stuck by the price he quoted. He went above and beyond by looking at why the sink was stopping up! I would recommend him to everyone.

Thank you!

I have used him for plumbing for several years for my home and my rental properties. He is a good plumber. He comes in and assesses the job to tell you what the issue is and has the price ready.

I found Todd Lambert's Plumbing Service on Angie's List about 11:00 AM on Monday August, 19, 2013.  Placed a call to their advertised number and left a message at the prompt.  Within 2 minutes Todd returned my call.  I explained that I had discovered a leak in the main water line leading to the house and that the water was turned off until I could get it repaired.  Todd was on a job at the time, but told me that he would come as soon as he could finish up what he was doing and estimated the time at about 2 hours and set up a call to me to let me know when he was on the way.  He also gave me a "ball park" cost estimate ranging from $150.00 to $250..00 depending on the situation without having the advantage of knowing for sure how much work was involved.   At the time he was approximately 40 miles away.   At about 2:hours and 30 minutes his call came and gave me an estimated arrival time of about 15 minutes.  He drove up right on time.  After surveying the situation and finding that it was a very simple fix, Todd and his helper went right to work.  As it turned out, I also had another leak from an older break in the line from several years ago and I asked Todd if he had time to look at it and fix it if he could.  He agreed, and we still had not talked about price.  As soon as the first repair was done, he looked at the second broken line and he and his helper began to work on it immediately.  Within about 30 minutes that leak was fixed as well.  When Todd handed me the invoice I was surprised to see that he had only charged me $165.00 for the repair of both leaks.  From the time of the first contact till the job was completed and Todd was driving away was about 4 1/2 hours and that included a 40 mile drive to get to my house..  I would definitely recommend Todd for the promptness and professionalism that he exhibited in our transaction.  He seems like a very personable and honest young man who is working very hard to build his business that he started 4 1/2 years ago.

Todd Lambert and I set up a date last week but I was not sure the water would be turned off in my condo. With very short notice I told him it would be shut off. He came out the next morning called and was on time. He looked at job quoted price... I had to purchased the faucet. There for no extra charges on faucet and I picked it out so I know the quality. Very good price. Very honest. My heart is real happy its very hard to find Company's like Lambert Plumbing.
