We heard about John from a friend who loved him. He is very professional and very kind. He listens well and tries to diagnose the problem over the phone. He came out to give us an estimate and did not charge us for the visit even though he spent over an hour here. He likes to explain everything well. Very nice guy and wonderful to have in your house.
