They quoted one price and tried to double the price when they arrived on site. We even took the to biggest items off the list. They are scam artists DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Affordable, Professional, quick, helpful, clean, respectful, polite...the list goes on. Josh responds to inquiries quickly. He worked around my schedule. I had a storage building in a different city and he was more than willing to do the job. I was having trouble accessing the room my climate controlled space was in and had to wait for 40 minutes as the front desk was on lunch. Josh was very kind and patient. He waited right there with me. He loaded his trailer and even helped me load my truck with some boxes and a cedar chest that I was keeping. His customer service surpassed my expectations. I have already recommended him to friends and will hire him again after spring cleaning. I am beyond blessed to have found JM Junk Removers.

Josh and his crew were very professional and fast. I hired them to clean out my dad's apartment. Since I was coming from out of state to move my dad, Josh was more than accommodating during the entire process. Customer service was great! Excellent service! He was wonderful at communicating expectations around coming out for the estimate and that he wold manage the job on Tuesday. When he arrived ON TIME for the estimate, he had someone with him to DO THE JOB on the spot, no waiting. I would highly recommend! Josh was wonderful!
