General Remodeling
Contract provided full work day. Seldom worked full day. Texture very mediocre. Painting sloppy. Fireplace pretty. Would not return phone calls. Lost hardward to shutters between kitchen and den. Never replaced (still not there). Never re-installed shutters. Left brown paint on top of front door. Small segment of new texture left unpainted. Scratched wood floors and did not fix. I had to hire someone else to re-hang shutters. Paint never repaired. Detailing remained. I paid him the final payment on July 19, 2008. He was supposed to get hardware and finish up with shutters, paiint, floors(still scratched). Didn't do any of it. Wouldn't return calls, and never returned.
