About us
We are a mother - daughter duo. We just moved to the Forney / East Texas area from Dallas. We have over 33 years of experience and have managed our own house cleaning service. We are professional, reliable, efficient and trustworthy. We have many references available some have been clients for 10 years and plus. We do not sub-contract out it will always be us coming into your home. A signed letter of agreement will be required for protection of you as a homeowner and us as a contractor. We look forward to speaking with you and serving you and your home.

Clean the kitchen counters, Load dishes in dishwasher or unload, This is our comprehensive cleaning designed for the recurring customer on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. You can expect this level of service every visit we make to your home. Dust ceiling fans, faucets. Clean the outsides of all the appliances, inside of microwave & top of refrigerator. Dust all mini-blinds, picture frames, sinks, stove top, window sills & bookshelves, wipe light switch plates.

On the second visit, I showed her how dirty the floor areas were next to wall and cabinets in house. I explained that I had taped and saved them the afternoon of her first visit so she could see that a vacuum would't go close enough to get all of that. Only a broom could get close enough to pick that up kind of dirt and residue.
I watched Julie's daughter windexing my mirrors in the living room. I could see the the smudges when she would finish one. Finally I realized that she was using the same small piece of paper towel to clean them all and suggested that she could use a clean paper towel for each one to keep from having to go back for the smudges.
Julie seemed displeased that I would not give her keys to my house and that I wanted her to do my house on Wednesdays on the weeks that she came, rather than switching to other days when she felt she needed to do so. I felt she needed for me to be flexable about the days she would come. That was my feeling at the time. I needed a specific day because of my work. I didn't feel comfortable giving the key to my house to anyone until I have gotten to know them.
After the second housecleaning, Julie said it was not going to work out for us and she wouldn't be coming again. I was very disappointed. I don't believe I asked too much of this cleaning company. I keep a very clean house. I pointed out only two things that needed to be done differently.
I had one housekeeper for 25 year and another for 7, so I don't usually have trouble with someone who cleans my house and says, and quot;Be sure and let me know if I need to change anything in your house care.and quot; We usually quickly find a rythem with each other. In this case I did not find Julie true to her word. She had asked me to tell her if she needed to change anything in my home care. I told Julie and her daughter one thing each and she decided not to work for me.
