The entire IAQM staff is very professional, as well as being respectful to the home owners. My experience with them was fabulous! They were always patient and courteous (and I had lots of questions, that is for sure). They treated me as one of the family and the job the performed was even better. My house is so clean, a white glove test would pass with flying colors!!!! Thank you so very much. I graciously and humbly appreciate each and every one of you!!!!

They didn't do what they said they were going to do. They told me that they were going to seal a vent on the roof. They told me they climbed on the roof when they never did and we continued to have a leak because they didn't do the work they said they were going to do.

Professional - customer service above and beyond the job

Fantastic! Friendly office staff! Honest technician came out and evaluated our home for mold (a free service). He did not suspect a problem since there was no evidence of mold in living spaces or in attic. He did not suggest treatment but "left the door open" for future questions and as always the company welcomes ALL questions from customers. I would recommend them to everyone.
