About us

Mission Statement To ensure healthy living and working environments through honest evaluations, diligence, innovation, and hard work. In 1999, we had a mold problem in our home that caused our newborn son to stop breathing. At the time, there was not much information out there about mold and its relation to indoor air quality. We were determined to find out what was happening to our son, and ensure no other family had to go through this. To this day the passion ignited that day has not waned. IAQM LLC offers a variety of indoor air quality services including mold remediation, prevention, our Perfect Air PM1 whole house fresh air filtration systems, and more. We can help with remediating air quality issues such as mycotoxins, VOC's, chemical, viral, and hoarder clean up. Mold remediation in the crawl space and in a small area in the attic. Installation of vapor barrier and ventilation fans in the crawl space. The processes were clearly explained to us and they were responsive to our concerns. The crews were on time and very careful in preventing contamination to other areas of the house. They also cleaned up everyday after they finished. The quality of the job was very good.

I highly recommend working with this company if you have any sort of mold problem. We discovered a pretty bad mold problem in our HVAC system in our home. We went and got quotes from a few different people, but we were pretty overwhelmed by the scope of everything that needed to be done. We went with IAQM based of the honesty and professionalism of Robby Page, the tech who worked with us throughout the project. Having never dealt with a home issue this extensive, Robby helped tremendously keeping us aware of everything happening every step of the process. There were delays in our project due to unforeseen problems, but Robby was always very quick to let us know about the delay and what was going on. He was professional and communicative through the entire process, and is one of the best project managers I've worked with.

D'Andre and Keith were here several times throughout the job to make sure their crew was performing the job at the level and quality they promised and expected. They made sure my property was protected and cleaned up after themselves each day before leaving. Then after they had completed the job D'Andre and Keith both came amd walked the job for a final time. I would highly recommend IAQM. I did the research between them and 4 other companies before deciding. IAQM was in the middle of the pack on price but offered more work and time on the job than all the other competitors. Save yourself some time. I definitely did the footwork on this one. You will not find better for more or for less!

They literally saved our lives. Don and Katie Vrana, a family owned business, spent the time to interview my wife and I on the Saturday before they started. My wife has Dementia and Don decided that we could stay in our home and he would work around our schedule! That was a true blessing! Very Happy with IAQM, LLC. I had first hired a nationally known company to remove mold from under the house. They did such a bad job I had to fire them. I then hired IAQM LLC. They started the work immediately and I have never worked with anyone who was so helpful. I highly recommend IAQM, LLC.

The working crew with Mr. Perry, DeAndre and others was very professional and polite. Well done. They came in took care of the problem in a few days and we received an "all clear". Communication was a problem in customer service. These related to followup, collection of equipment etc. There was multiple times 'a drop' in when we were scheduling and coordination. Customer service started out very accommodating and thorough. Mid process, not so much. Good job otherwise.
