When I called and spoke to Katie she explained they didn't perform the type of removal that I needed but gave me the names of two companies in my area that did exactly what I needed. She was so helpful and even called me back after we somehow got disconnect on the phone call to make sure I had gotten the numbers. You don't find many companies these days willing to go to the extra mile with customer service. It was truly refreshing. I used one of the referrals - Collin Creek Duct Cleaning service and they were absolutely fantastic! They were kind, professional and did an outstanding job on cleaning my vents. Katie, Jeremy and Genero were all wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to others. Katie was incredibly responsive to our initial request and in our subsequent communications. Jeremy and Genero were courteous and professional. They showed up on time and Jeremy did a great job answering all my questions prior to and during the remediation process. Katie and Jeremy were also helpful in providing photos and written documentation to us for insurance purposes. I hope I don't require their services again, but if I do, I would definitely turn to them.

Don and his team were not only professional but extremely knowledgeable . We would highly recommend this company! Our home is only 1 year-old, and was still under the builder warranty when we contact IAQM. Our breakfast nook had a very strong mildew/mold smell, but we couldn't tell were the damage was. The builder who built our home at first said they couldn't do anything unless we could show them where the damage was. We ended up having IAQM come out to our home for a consultation and just as they had told us over the phone, it was a small spot of mold on the base board. They knew exactly where to look.

Don Vrana and IAQM really came through for me at a very difficult time. They went above and beyond, working quickly to resolve mold issues in my home and to make it safe for my family. I have two very young children who were being exposed to mold and other contaminants, and now I feel very safe in bringing my children back to their healthy home. I cannot thank Don and Jeremy enough for their compassion and professionalism. I would recommend IAQM to anyone!

They were fast efficient and got the job done to help us close on time on the house we were selling. After speaking with others who also quoted the job, I don't know if they would have been able to do so.
