Gutter Maintenance

I have nothing but positive things to say about my interactions with Troy and his crew. He reached out to me to schedule a bid same day. During the bid process, he was very communicative, explained things to me in ways that I could understand them and was exceptionally kind in calming my worries. We needed a few downspouts installed, some gutters re-leveled, a small strip of awful PVC gutter replaced and several leaky corners fixed. The cost for the work was more than reasonable and getting an itemized bid and invoice is great. I noticed during the bid that he and his crew worked safely... something as minor as bracing a ladder for someone else made me feel comfortable that this was a team that works together often and cares about eachother. The work is now done, everything looks great and I can't wait til it rains again.

Troy and his team were on time, performed the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned-up when finished. They made minor repairs as needed but held to the original quote. The gutter cleaning and screen installation took a half-day for 275 ft of 1 and 2 story gutters. Troy and two employees performed the work. Over the past several months I received multiple quotes from a variety of vendors for this work. Gutter Maintenance pricing was very competitive comparatively. I plan to use them periodically to keep the gutter system in working order.

Troy was great! He returned my call immediately and he was able to come the next day. He was super professional with a friendly and positive attitude I felt 100% sure I choose the right person for the job! He accessed the problem and gave me a very fair bid on the task ahead. My gutters and down spouts ended up being a much bigger challenge then expected, due to the many trees and years of neglect, but he and his crew worked tirelessly and got everything in tip top shape!

We have used this company for a long time now - 5 - 6 years.  W have them out at least once a year for gutter cleaning.  Our yard is full of large trees and even with gutter guards they get clogged with seeds, pecan and oak tassels, tiny twigs that create tiny log-jams, etc.  These guys, and they really are off-duty firemen, are prompt, courteous, priced well - I had quotes upwards of $1,200 - and a pleasure to do business with.  They leave the yard spotless, flush out the downspouts and yard drains - everything taken care of.
