Mitch came out and replaced icemaker and the bin.He was notified about the noise from the refrigerator was continuing and he was to fix it.He needed a longer tube that he did not have.I called him later that month and texted him about when he could come to replace the tube He never responded. I called him again and he never responded. I called another repair company and they were 20dollars cheaper on the service call and fixed the noise.Also explained what was wrong with dishwasher which was completely different then what Mitch said was wrong with it.Unprofessional to not return calls from a Customer who has used him in the past.Will not use him again.

Mitch came over the day that I called him and fixed my dryer in about 15 mins. He was very professional!

The original service started out great. The technician quickly determined the problem and stated he would order the needed part and repair my fridge on Monday (this was on a Saturday). We received a call on Monday saying the part didn't come in; ok, no problem. Tuesday a different technician showed up to install the new part only to discover, the wrong part had been ordered. Mistakes happen, so no big deal. He said he would order the correct part and return the next day. Thursday we received a call saying the part hadn't come in but should be there Friday. I'm starting to get a little irritated now as it's been a week without a fridge. Friday we hear nothing. Saturday my husband calls and is told the part came in, but the technician had ordered the wrong part again! The correct part is now on backorder and won't be in for another week! Now I'm really frustrated and ask to speak to a manager. I'm told I will receive a call back. Finally, on Tuesday, my husband speaks to a supervisor and is told the technician we had been dealing with no longer works for the company and the owner will handle our repair from this point on. The supervisor did apologize, but says the part will not be in for 2 weeks!! At this point, I'm totally upset and wish we would have gone with the manufacturer repair service instead, regardless of the cost. My fridge did finally get repaired after 3 1/2 weeks and works great now. We were still charged full price for the repair. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to the experience we had.

Mitch was excellent.  He came when he said he would, quickly identified the problem, and made the repair at a fair price.  Will use again.

Mitch check on the parts and their price, called back, got my OK, and came back when scheduled and got it running. It is good as new.

Made a return call letting me know that I might not want to spend the money (too expensive, his words) for a knob replacement for the washing machine.
Mitch is was friendly and called to give me updates for his arrival to the house.

Mitch answered my call promptly. He was on time, friendly, and professional. He even took care of some other issues that weren't discussed in the original appointment. I highly recommend Forney Appliance Repair and will definitely call him again should the need arise.

I used Forney Appliance Repair before on my LG Dryer.  Months later my 9 year old LG Washer started a slow leak.  I was able to have Mitch come out the same day I called and he determined I had a leak at the water inlet valve.  He did have a used part on his truck that would work and he would be able to discount the part for me.  Otherwise a new part would be a day or two to finish the repair.  I appreciate his honesty and I chose the used part.

My LG dryer was making very loud noises/screeching when turned on.  Mitch arrived promptly and determined that my LG dryer needed the rollers replaced.  He arrived the next day with the needed parts and installed them.  My dryer is a lot quieter now.  He also determined that I had a lint blockage in the dryer vent at the outside exit.  This was causing excessive lint to build up in the dryer vent and in the inside of the dryer.  Thank you!! 

I would use Forney Appliance Repair again.

He was able to come out the same day I called to look at a plugged drain problem in my Whirlpool washer (my bad). He is the owner of the business, is professional, friendly, and has several years experience working in the industry before starting his own business. He found the problem within minutes, and all is well again. In addition, he reviewed a few general maintenance items I should do myself to keep the washer running well, and cleaned out the soap & softener tray. He also cleaned up after.

I have nothing to compare his price to as this was my first appliance service call, but it seemed fair to me. I will definitely call him again if anything goes wrong either in the laundry room or kitchen. Would trust him over some of those "big name" repair services that advertise so much.

Mitch was great, he was able to come out the same day and was able to fix the issue quickly also, explained the cooling process for me. I was afraid I'd have to go buy a new refrigerator since mine was out completely but, thanks to Mitch I can put that off for a while longer.

A wonderful repair person. Clean, efficient, great attitude, and a very personable guy. Friendly and self-assured.

He was punctual and he repaired the ice dispenser on the outside of the refrigerator door that I had had another repairman look at  and tell me that it couldn't be repaired.

I called Forney Appliance repair after a bad experience with Affordable Appliance Repair..  Mitch came to my house same day.  He realigned my freezer drawer door that had been improperly  put back on by a previous repairman.  My freezer had been accumulating frost.  He affirmed that the slides that hold the drawer need to be replaced.  But no hurry.  Just  when I notice more and more frost forming. 
I wish I had called him first instead of falling for a "coupon deal".  And I will surely call him again.

He was friendly and professional.  He had already ordered the replacement kit and brought it with him so he was able to take care of it in one trip.  He gave me an estimate over the phone and that was what he charged me.  I will definitely use him for future appliance repairs.

He showed up on time. Was professional and friendly. He even cleaned the coils at no additional charge. I can't remember how much we paid, but it was reasonable.
