Ace Handyman Services Forney

De did a great job installing new tile floors in our bathroom. Quality craftsman, very polite and professional, love the work done and would highly recommend and reuse in the future!

The repair men were very professional trying to do a difficult job. However, the door that was installed will not close properly. I would request a worker return to complete the job. Owner Jorge Perez came on Sunday morning and made any and all repairs and adjustments on my door installation job. Jorge is a veteran and would no doubt do a great job for you.

If I could give Reginald Benjamin 10 stars I would. Not because I’m a nice person, but he earned it. Reginald was professional, personable and extremely skillful and did not drag his feet. He accomplished way more than we had expected. The next time we need help I know who I will call.

This handyman service is terrible. We contacted them and got an appointment for a mortar repair between bricks. The day of or before the appointment, they had to cancel because the handyman couldn't make it. They rescheduled and then changed the time on us. Then he came a few hours earlier than expected. The handyman was at our house for about 20 minutes; left for 2 hours and 20 minutes; then took about 1 hour and 35 minutes to finish job. He left because he said needed something from the hardware store. There is an Ace Hardware less than a half mile from us and a Home Depot 3.5 miles away. There is a Lowes less than 6 miles away. We called Ace Handyman Services to see where he was when he did not return. They said he went to Lowes and then forgot a tool and went home to Forney to get it. We had given Ace Handyman Services a DETAILED description of we wanted so there was zero reason he should not have been prepared. We had booked a 2 hour service. They SAID they charged us for a 3 hour service. I feel like it could have easily been accomplished in less than 2 hours and that we should not have had to pay him to go home for what I suspect was lunch. If it wasn't his lunch break, he was not competent if he forgot his tool(s) and I don't know how that was my fault. I do not recommend this service and will never use it again. The work was fine. I just felt like the time was extended for no good reason.
