Weed Man - Flower Mound TX

I ve been a customer of this company for several years. I noticed more weeds than usual last season, but never called because they ve always done a decent job. I chalked it up to a bad year for weeds. This year has been even worse. I have more weeds in my yard than I ve ever seen. I had to call them two times to get someone out to my house for a re-treatment. In my opinion he did a mediocre job when he came out. I pay in advance for the following year every November-December. I have referred people to their service. If they treat long term customers this way, I can t imagine new customers get treated any better.

I would say they did what i paid them to do for the lawn. Did not wow but did not disappoint when it came to my lawn, i always had a few weeds but not enough to complain about i would just manually pull the ones left behind. Unfortunately any positive in their service is overshadowed by their dishonest business practices. I called, received a quote via phone and paid that amount for x number of treatments. A year later they billed me for services they claim to have done even though I did not contract them again. According to their response it was my responsibility to cancel even though I had prepaid for x number of lawn treatments. The only agreement we had was a verbal agreement to perform x number of services for y dollars, a continuation was never part of our agreement. Part of their business model is to force on you their services even though you may not need or want it. Deceptive practice that was never disclosed when i purchased the service. I will avoid this service in the future.

at first they were good, but then the weeds grew really well and the grass wasn't growing. When a technician came I asked about it and he said, "i don't know". hmmm, I thought they were supposed to know what was wrong with my grass, but I guess not. THEN they charged me twice. I paid for the full service for the entire year, and then they charged me again. All to say, Don't use them unless you want pretty weeds.. I guess that is why they call them the "WEED" man
