I used them for two years previous. I had unlimited minutes, 2 gigs of data, and 500 minutes of text, for what they were charging me. I told them by and went somewhere else. Their coverage was OK, but their pricing was high. Trying to get someone on the phone was like pulling teeth. They just transferred me to a retention specialist. I would not use them again unless they have drastic changes in their pricing policy. They said they needed the first bill in advance. I cancelled service in October and they billed me for November.
