After my husband’s fall on our stairs, our desire to stay in our home and our age, my thought was we need an elevator. I visited with three companies and ultimately we decided on Universal Elevators. Kelly’s knowledge of his product, his hands on installation experience, his understanding a client’s needs and the product is manufactured in the U.S.A., were key factors in our decision. We wanted the stairlift installed before November 21 and it was installed October 31. The gentleman that helped us was very nice, knows the product and installed it. He arrived on time and made sure we knew how to use the stairlift before he left. I have no complaints.

After deciding to put in an elevator in our 25 year old home, I got five companies to give me estimates. After meeting Kelly Dennis and riding in an Easy Climber elevator, we selected Universal Elevators as the best for our situation/location. Kellyâ s install was the best. His attention to detail was amazing. He draped the area and cleaned up every day. He moved AC thermostat, ceiling light fixture, smoke alarm and installed a power plug for the elevator. All of those moves look great. The final result of our elevator is something that is not only functional, but really looks good in our house. I highly recommend Kelly Dennis/Universal Elevators for your elevator install!

I found Universal through several searches for an elevator company. Kelly met with us immediately after making contact with the company. We wanted to install an elevator and the perfect location for this would require some modifications including removal of a stairwell and building out a storage area on the first and second floors. I gave Kelly our budget and he handled the entire process from start to finish. The project was completed on time and on budget. I will highly recommend this company/Kelly for your elevator needs.
