I had a double entry gate installed 11/2011 by Texas Pride Fence company in Flower Mound.  The gentleman/owner seemed like an upstanding citizen.  I was reassured that it will be warranted for 5 years, and that I could call anytime.  In October 2012, the right wing was bent.  I was able to contact the owner, who kept on promising to repair it -- but never showed up.  I tried to call them back multiple times afterwards without any luck.  I ended up having to hire someone else to do the job.  Last night, the left  side of the fence broke off from the solder line.  This company came highly recommended, but failed to deliver a good product.  Worse, they fail to do the right thing -- fixing their mistakes and honoring the warranty.
Some of the parts are rusting just a little after a year!  Stay away at all cost!  This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.  I do not like to write negative reviews, but I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake I did...
