We are spending $500000 on that work. We decided to use them because they had a work plan that we liked on a golf four slot, so that was the primary reason. They have a superior lot and the people that we have been working with are wonderful. The sales person Judy and the person who is in charge of the contractors and the builders are both exemplary.
