Jeff answered a request for information on performing this work via email (which I always request for first contact). After looking at some photos he asked to come by to get some measurements. Because my stairs had been built with the house, they did not meet current code. Sh where I had 38 ballusters originally, I know needed 60. He came by on Tuesday for the estimate, had an opening come up on Wednesday. His team was there on time. They were done by 5. THey cleaned up everything when they left. THe difference is makes in the appearance of the entry is amazing, and for not much money.
