Description of Work: Jeff and his crew replaced my wood balusters to iron balusters. Jeff was very professional and was very patient with my many questions I had. He took the time to explain the design concepts and the many choices. Once selected he managed to squeeze me in, in the very same week. The only reason I give a C in punctuality is because his guys came 1.5 hrs late. They explained they were in traffic coming from across town. Once I called Jeff to see if they'd forgotten about me, he explained. Overall it was great experience and my Stairs look amazing!!!

 + -1 moreJeff answered a request for information on performing this work via email (which I always request for first contact). After looking at some photos he asked to come by to get some measurements. Because my stairs had been built with the house, they did not meet current code. Sh where I had 38 ballusters originally, I know needed 60. He came by on Tuesday for the estimate, had an opening come up on Wednesday. His team was there on time. They were done by 5. THey cleaned up everything when they left. THe difference is makes in the appearance of the entry is amazing, and for not much money.
