Sanders Construction Co

They started December 22, 2021 and promise to finish the project April 1st of 2022 and almost 9 months and still they didn't finish the project. Not well, my fences and Patio is not finish, Pool swimmable but missing two equipment's. They came late everyday, some days they work 1 day in a week.

Our neighbor had three quotes and chose this contractor because her neighbor on the other side recommended them (they were also the cheapest of the three quotes they received).  We were only splitting the costs of the one side of the fence we share with our neighbor but if it went well, we had planned to use this company to replace the front part of our fence which would include a gate and board on board fence.   They showed up on time the first day but what should have been a two day job took four days and the last three days, they didn't show up until about an hour after they were originally scheduled.   The metal posts were all supposed to have concrete but our neighbor discovered at least two posts that weren't concreted into the ground.   The handle for the gate for our neighbor's part of the fence was put on upside down.   The caps for the metal posts were not placed on and it took 3 phone calls from me and two phone calls from my neighbor to the owner of Sanders Construction to finally have someone come out to put the caps on---and even then, they left off about half of them.   At that point, my neighbor and I decided to just go to buy some ourselves.   While they are fairly cheap when compared to other fence companies, the old saying "you get what you pay for" truly comes into play.   They did very sketchy work overall and we're all just hoping the fence will last as long as it should.    Needless to say, we did not have them replace the front part of our fence.
