He came the same day I called. He explained very well what the problem was and how he was going to fix it.

This was a series of treatments (all did not cost $80, but more) Rates are reasonable, staff is very nice and dependable. I recommend the company.

Mike was very professional and prompt in the scheduling. He was flexible and worked around our schedule to the extent he could. His price was fair (it was almost identical to our second choice who was another highly rated company; Mike seemed easier to work with and more technically capable). He was thorough in the work and explained the process in detail during the visit and over a few phone conversations. Mike also found evidence of other pest infestation and treated it and gave us some pointers.
Keep in mind that it takes a month or two to start seeing evidence that the termites are gone, but right now we have no reason to think that it may not work as intended. If it doesn't, the work is guaranteed, so we're not worried.

Mike Robertson has provided exceptional service from the first time I called with a rodent issue. He comes over any time I have the smallest or largest problem with bugs or pests. He has also gone above and beyond and provided other 'handy man' type services on my home. His professional, exceptionally courteous and gets the job done! I highly recommend Mike for all of your pest control needs and more!

Mike Robertson was AMAZING, I contacted him at 12:30pm and he was able to come out that same day and beat me to my house by 4:30pm. He was extremely professional and even found additional spots that needed treatment and home inspection did not catch. He was 1/4 the price Terminex quoted me and still provided a warranty for me to give the buyers as well as a new wood destroying insect report. The final price was also discounted for me being willing to pay in cash so that was an added bonus. Mike couldn't have been more friendly, courteous, or thorough in our dealings. I plan to have him come out to treat whatever home we buy next because he just provided such great service at an amazing price! I have referred him to many friends and family already and will continue to do so.

Mike was punctual and came back on multiple occasions to make sure my roof rat problem was resolved.

I hired Robertson Pest to treat for mosquitoes last summer about once a month through September. They offer an all natural spray that won’t hurt pets or other good insects (like butterflies and bees). And that stuff works!! I didn’t noticed any mosquitoes for the whole summer! Flies and gnats were also greatly reduced. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the products they use and conscience about potential impact on the environment. He was very nice and timely.
