"Thank you!"
"Thank you!"
"I value your business as a long time customer. I wish you would have called me to express your concerns. I would have resolved the issue immediately. Please don't hesitate to call me as I want you to be thoroughly satisfied after each and every job is completed."
We have used Rick for a long time. He is reliable, has good prices and tells me the truth. He is just an honest person. His assistant is just as good as him and works just as hard. The things he did at my house were not simple things and he was at my house from about 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. He was working the entire time. I thought his price was reasonable and has always been reasonable.
"[removed member name], Thank you for your kind words. I actually enjoy some of the challenges you present me with. You are always a pleasure to work for."
For the trust I put in him, I hope he showed more guarantee for his work.
"If there was any truth to the allegations that the customer made in his review I would agree that he had legitimate complaint. Unfortunately, he has misrepresented the facts in each aspect of the review. The customer claims that when his shower control was broken he immediately turned off the water and called me. When I arrived at the customers house he told me that the maid had broken the shower handle. I found his tools laying throughout the bathroom along with the wrong replacement part. The customer tried to make the repair himself and turned a small problem into a much more difficult problem by bending the fitting. The customer also makes the claim that he was charged $436.00 for labor and parts extra. He was actually charged $361.00 for labor and $71.00 for materials. Lastly, he claims that I refused to come and repair the loose and leaking handles. This is his most outlandish falsehood. Anybody that is familiar with my work or knows me will attest to the fact that I don’t behave like that. When the customer called he demanded that I come immediately and fix the handle. I told the customer that I couldn’t come at that second because I was working for customers that had scheduled earlier and I could not just walk off the job. I told the customer that I would call asap to resolve the problem. I called later to see if I could repair the problem but the customer told me that he took care of the problem and slammed down the phone. I realize that there are cultural differences at play here, but if the customer opted to handle the situation in a more civilized fashion I would have offered him a full refund for the labor charge as I fully guarantee customer satisfaction."
I would certainly use him again.
"Thank you for your business. I always try give my best effort and will continue to do so in the future."
"Thank you very much. I look forward to working for you again. I truly value your patronage."
"Thank you for your kind words. We put our best effort into every task. We appreciate your business."
