Randy is a great guy. He is knowledgeable, skilled at what he does and above all, he is honest and will give you a fair price that is very reasonable. I was in a bit of a panic since water brings several secondary issues with it, and had another highly rated company come out (LeakTrackers) who gave me an estimate that was 10 times higher than what I ended up paying Rain Leak Solutions. Randy will not try to take advantage of your situation and will get the job done. I had a problem with two windows which Randy fixed on his first visit. But one of the windows had a secondary issue (unrelated to what Randy) fixed and Randy stood by his warranty and came out to address it at no additional cost. My only constructive criticism would be that it was a bit difficult to get a hold of someone and schedule an appointment. Randy and his team are extremely busy. I hope they can scale so its a bit easier to schedule.

There were no additional charges. They did that. The job was the issue. They had to do a better installation on the material that they use. The price was okay for the work.

When we initially scheduled the appointment, they were responsive and got back to me quickly. We had them do more than three doors and there were additional cost. They completed the work through the deal and they did a great job on it. When they were here, they were real professional. However, they looked at some other stuff that I was thinking about having done as well. We have a sliding glass door in our bedroom that leaks when it rains and they said that could fix it. They did all of the measuring and they were supposed to get back to me but they did not. I was pretty disappointed with that.

He did exactly what he was supposed to do and he did it with a smile on his face. The only problem I have, and it didn't have anything to do with the work that he did, we have 3 killer cats and the reason that we have door stripping is the cats were trying to get into the house so they kept scratching away all the lining so he suggested something that he could do, would be to put something there that would keep the cats from doing that. It was a separate deal and he would need to go get some materials and he would be back the next day, and of course I will be paying extra for that, but he never showed. But, the worked that he was called to do, he did very well, when he said he was going to do it. When I called him, he answered the phone and I think he was here within a day or two. He came when he was supposed to.

After we got through all the scheduling issues, the masonry went well. However, some of the sealing around the door wasn’t applied correctly, so we can’t completely shut the door. I’ve not been able to get them back out to fix it and I probably wouldn't use them again.

He was very busy, over booked. It took him a while to come out but he did and repaired the cracks in the wall. However within four months they were all cracked again. Service was okay. Won't use him again.

It went okay. They left, I had to call them back since the door didn't really close well. They finally got it to where it would close but it didn't wind up being as aesthetically attractive.

Yes, Randy did excellent work, but it took 6 months or more for him to get to me. He finally completed my masonry work in approx. late July 2013. During the months of waiting for him he told me that he had lost his business, but after reading some very recent reviews (October 2013) he seems to still be in the Rain Leak Solutions business, and he is telling them the same thing he told me in about April, 2013 about losing employees and getting behind because of the popularity of the Angie's List deal. I originally paid for 4 hours of masonry work through an Angie?s List deal, I emailed him that I was ready to have the work done and he responded that he would call me next week to schedule a day and time. I did not hear from him so I emailed, called and texted him and finally heard from him. He apologized and said he would call me next week to setup an appt. This happened many, many times. I tried to be patient because I had heard good things about his work. He finally finished my mortar work in late July 2013. I only stuck with him that long because I had paid the money up front and I was determined to get my work done. He did an excellent job but he is obviously not a good businessman. I will not be that patient with any contractor in the future.

"Some members don't submit their reviews for months after the job is done! Losing a business is not an overnight process, especially with Angie coupons. An honest man at least tries to honor every one. It did take a long time to get to approx. 150 coupons as I struggled to keep my business alive without help, and some days too depressed to go to work! I came home many times only to read what a lousy businessman I am only to get up and do it again the next day! It has indeed been one of the worst experiences of my life! Second only to cancer! But I'm still kickin'! and there are a whole lot of people that are thankful for me being out there with fair prices and excellent workmanship. I will continues to do my best to improve."

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and they came out and looked at the roof and gave us a quote to fix it. I didn't hire them. It took a while to get a hold of them, and when they finally came out, I had to remind them to give me a quote, which they eventually did.

I had a roof leak that damaged a bedroom wall and baseboard. The leak was fixed and I was given a 2 year warranty on the work. A year later to the day the leak is back in the exact same place as before damaging the exact same wall and baseboard. Since there was a 2 year warranty in place I called for them to come back and relook at the leak. They told me they would call back and schedule a time to come out but of course I have not heard from them to this day. I called again a week later for them to come out and relook at the leak but was only able to leave a voice msg. Still have not heard from them. I'm in the process of looking for another repair company as I will not be using Rain Leak Solutions again.

I don't know who you called to fix that very complex water intrusion problem but I'll bet you 1.00 they didn't get it fixed right! I would have gotten there and found the problem and we'd all be happy with stellar reviews with maybe one more phone call! Remember half of my phone calls come in when I'm hanging from a rope or on a ladder!"

Randy did a good job caulking and sealing the windows, chimney and deck. Within a few months, I had some water damage coming in from the door to the upper deck. I also needed some shingles replaced on my roof. he offered to repair the Sheetrock damage under his warranty and reseal the door. Problem was, his helper didn't want to go up on the roof because of the wind, and he was snowed under trying to cover all of the requests for the $69 home inspections at a time when some of his key help quit. Randy indicated that he was about ready to go out of business and get into bathroom remodeling. I had to go elsewhere to get the work finished. he can run a helluva bead of caulk though.
