Pretty Pools prides ourselves with being the best in DFW! We are an honest and experienced, locally owned and operated company. We have retail locations in Flower Mound and Coppell. We specialize in pool cleaning, filter maintenance, pool inspections, repairs and equipment upgrades. Plus, we place a very high emphasis on customer service and satisfaction...you should never feel a lapse in communication or quality of work with us! Please feel free to check out our website to learn a little more about us. We do not do tile, plaster repair or underground leak detection.
Services we offer
Pretty Pools offers regular pool maintenance, cleaning, equipment upgrades, located at 500 Flower Mound Rd. in Flower Mound and 150 S Denton Tap Rd in Coppell., repairs and replacement. We also offer pool inspections done by experienced and fully licensed personnel. We also have retail stores for all your pool needs

My husband and I routinely take care of our salt pool and have been for 8 years. Around once a year the pool needs extra help due to algae or other repairs. This year we called Pretty Pool. We had used them in the past with an insurance pool claim and we liked their work. This time was not the same experience. The pool person came out over three days to clean the pool and add chemicals as well as clean the filters. This should not have taken three visits. We were charged by the hour and the cleaning fees alone were almost $500. Our pool was not that dirty nor did it have much debris. We were also told our pool cleaner needed several parts and needed to be taken in for repairs. The parts alone for the cleaner were $130. They charged $59 for the Polaris zipper cleaner bag. On Amazon, the Polaris brand bag is $35 at most. The Polaris cleaner brand new was only $260. The filter manifold top was cracked and needed to be replaced. They charged $194.95 for this part, again at most online the part was $125. After paying the invoices of over $924, within one week our pool was starting to grow algae again. My husband was consisting brushing the pool. We contacted Pretty Pools today and was told by the office that they would talk with a supervisor, but we had agreed to the charges. We did prior to paying the invoices call the office and complain about the price of the cleaning fees and the cost of the parts, but no other options were given. We will NEVER use Pretty Pools again. They will rip you off by over charging for parts and in our opinion over charging the amount of time they "clean" your pool. Good luck if you decide to use them.

This is an awesome company. Kept our pool sparkling clean while it was on the market, took care of any service issues quickly and efficiently. They are very responsive and I never had to wonder what was going on. Highly recommend!

SOOO much better than Robertsons and Leslie pools. They are honest and do not push unneeded chemicals on you. I spend half of what I used to spend with the others. My pool has never looked better! Both the owners and service staff are very professional and you are always greeted with a smile. They are truly a pleasure to work with, always willing to help with questions and they show up when they say they will! Best place in Flower Mound/Lewisville.

My filter tank cracked and sprung a leak over the weekend. Pretty Pools was able to come out early in the week first thing in the morning when all other pool companies were saying they couldn't get to it until the end of the week. Mark was very professional and got the new filter installed quickly. He gave me some advice on the amount of chemicals and maintenance schedule and labeled my filter valves so I know how to better operate the pool features (pool was already installed when we bought the house). I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when I need future pool maintenance.

Perfect. Marc was on time and very professional. Even when the cause of the pool light issue was operator (me) error. He promised to contact the manufacturer of the lighting system and ask about options for our existing controller, and I received an email with recommendations the very next day. On time and he did what he said he would do. I will definitely call them again when I have issues with my pool.

Initially our pool was service by paradise pool. Due their reducing their workload the farmed out a lot of their business to Pretty Pools. This was the best that happen for us. Pretty Pools were so much better. The never missed the little small things when cleaning the pool. Also, not sure how they did it , but got the pool pressure up so much better. We had often complained about this with other companies and they never could get the pressure up. Pretty Pools have also done various maintenances for us and have been happy with them on that.
