Very professional from start to finish (from appointment-setting to actual cleaning of the carpets).

Patrick is a true professional. He provided a competative bid via email and then followed up to answer questions and schedule the job. He arrived at the agreed upon time and did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet and tile. He also stretched the carpet so that is returned to its original shape. I was pleased with the end product and would use Patrick again in the future.

I wasn't really impressed with their service; they left some spots that I am sure that somebody else could have gotten out. They didn't get the stains out which I am pretty sure somebody with a good steam cleaner in their truck could do.

First, Jace arrived promptly on time. My carpets are very old, but he still did a very good job at getting stains out that I thought would never go away. The couch didn't have stains on it so I can't comment on that, but it's now clean. Jace worked very hard in a timely and professional manner, and though he was friendly and nice he didn't spend "forever" chit-chatting with me. I would definitely have Prestige come again.

I called this company based upon reviews that I had read from Angie's List. The woman that makes the appointment was very pleasant and professional. The owner, Patrick, provided the service. He was very knowledgable and professional. I felt very comfortable having this person in my home. The entire job took about 1.5 hours. The carpets look terrific. I will recommend this company to my friends and I will definately use their services again.

He did a wonderful job. He showed up on time, and told me exactly how much it would be prior to him doing the job. We have 2 dogs that make quite a mess of the carpet, but he was confident he would get the job done. He made quick work of it, while being very pleasant and accommodating. He also struck up a good conversation about football!

He is super nice! He does a GREAT job! HE is a one man company with his own equipment. He is not like those creeps that tell you one price and charge something different. He says it is this much money and that is what the charge is. He has even taken carpets home to clean and brought them back. He does stairways and even gets under the stairwells. He moves furniture and puts down little plastic things so the furniture legs do not stain the carpet. I have lots of pets and I always apologize. He says do not worry because when he leaves it will look pretty, smell good and it always does. He is one time, polite, professional and considerate. He is just a wonderful man. Oh my gosh Patrick is reasonably priced, professional and efficient. He is just a super guy with a beautiful family. If the world was full of guys like him it would be a wonderful place.

I have seen the carpet afterwards. It turned out as expected given the stains. There was a small blue one upstairs that I guess he could not remove. No shocker there. It looks like great care was taken on the patch job and I am pleased.

We are in the need new flooring mode but can't decide exactly what type to get so, we just needed ours freshened up a bit. Carpet looked much better when he left. Owner was who did work and he was very friendly.

They arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and did a great job. They pretreated the heavily used areas, moved the furniture, cleaned the carpet, then put the furniture on blocks. I had several stains that I had tried to remove - unsuccessfully ( I hate to brag, but I am pretty darn good at getting stains out of the carpet). I was very pleased to see that, after my unsuccessful efforts, they had managed to make the stains disappear. It did take several hours for the carpet to dry, but since the results were excellent, it was a small inconvenience.

I spoke with the owner over the phone after the accident happened, and he helped me figure out how to remove as much of the stain as possible before they could get there that week. He was very helpful, kind and personable. They were supposed to come the next day, but had said they might not be able to if the weather was too bad. (It was supposed to ice the next day.) The weather ended up being too bad for them to come out that next day, so they came the day after that. The technician did a thorough job of removing the stain and was careful with his work.

THEY CAN REMOVE ALMOST ANY STAIN AND THEY DO A GREAT JOB. HE ALSO STRETCHED SOME OF THE CARPET.
