Immediate response. A roof inspection and quote was completed after the discussion of the existing conditions, detail options, and recommendations. Gary, the project manager, also interfaced perfectly with the insurance company. After approval and a color selections, the entire roof was completed in one day, and a small punch list was completed promptly. The screened gutters and downspouts were installed within a week. The contractor resolved several roof and drainage problems with the new installation. Job clean up was maintained and totally fcompleted. No Mess! No Leaks! No Change Orders! No Problems! Excellent job from start to final inspection. This is my second roof with Pearson and their quality does not waiver. Even worked with my neighbor when I found water leaking from her light fixtures!! As she is a widow it was important for me to make sure she understood exactly how the process works since she had sub par insurance coverage. They took the extra time to go over options and we were able to work it out so her damage was replaced and brought joy to this woman and her home!

The initial inspection and working with the insurance is great. However, scheduling and subsequent followup is lousy. Initially it was scheduled in the beginning of June but due to heavy rain on the scheduled date. I never able to get an answer when they will come. Then one night late 10pm, I heard loud truck noises in the back alley and fortunately I opened the garage to see what's going on - they are trying to drop the dumpster in front of the garage!! - No one ever called me to inform they will be starting the next day and I can't even get out of the garage and I have dogs that needs to be scheduled to be boarded otherwise they will freak out when they are pounding on the roof. After some arguments with them, they move the dumpster away and promised to call next morning to confirm to start on day after next. Then at 1am, they came back and dropped the dumpster in the front of the house. The next day at 7am , I went for breakfast and scheduled the dogs for boarding the following day, at 730am I returned home because I forgot to take out the trash.... and discovered they already started the work !!!! and I am really upset about this, called the salesman and he had no idea they are starting, called the office and the person answered has no idea neither. After the work is completed and I discovered each ridge vent is much shorter than before and I called the salesman, they agreed to fix it and of course waited several uncertain weeks just like before and then they finally fixed it. Now, they have all the extra shingles, nails, ridge vents left in the front of the house and do I have to constantly calling them and will they ever come and pick it up ? Am I expected to clean up the work site ?

I needed a roof inspection as I sold my house.  Mike was on time, professional, and very thorough.  My roof was in excellent shape and he sealed around the flues to make sure the small drips of water coming in from the rain were stopped.  I will never use anyone else when I need my roof inspected!!!  I trust Mike and Pearson Roofing completely!

This was an insurance replacement and they were very good at working with the insurance company.  They are knowledgeable and very focussed on our needs. Eight people came to do the work plus a supervisor and it took ten days.  This is an old house and was difficult.  They left the area clean and we are happy with our new roof.

They were very responsive. They were extremely informative. The work done was excellent. The cleanup was fantastic. I have dogs and I’m hesitant about nail screws. It was very neat and clean. They were very helpful. I would use them in the future.

Mr Mick Lovio worked closely with my insurance company to get through the inspection and made an estimate that was appropriate with the insurance companies estimate. He was forthwright. He said what he was going to do, and did what he said he would do. They did the work quickly so we were not too inconvenienced by the mess. He has been very patient with the slowness of the process to get paid by the insurance company. The mortgage company has been the wrench in the works, as they were required to be the intermediary.  I would recommend Mick and Pearson Roofing to anyone who asked.

Job went well. We were told the roofers would be at the house at the crack of dawn; they didn't show until almost 8 am. Job was complete by 8:30 that evening.

The crew did a good job of cleaning up all material and the yard.
